WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Collection

Collection is offered for all orders. Pickup times are between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

We provide several shipping options. Occasionally, a third-party supplier may oversee our inventory and manage the shipping process for your products.

Free Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping within the London (M25) Area, delivered within 3 to 6 business days.

Bespoke/custom sizes delivered in 3 to 5 weeks!

Expedited Shipping Fees

For faster delivery, we offer express shipping at the following rates:

If you opt for express shipping, we’ll reach out to you after you’ve completed your order with any extra shipping details.

While we provide delivery times and dates in good faith, please note they are estimates only.

Estimated delivery times represent the earliest feasible delivery, with deliveries typically occurring within 5 working days after we accept your order. For further details, please consult our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship domestically and do not offer international shipping services.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders must be placed by 1 pm for guaranteed next-day delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

In case of any delays in delivery, we will promptly inform you and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

HOW WE DELIVER?

All deliveries are curb side only!

Our deliveries are facilitated by dropside vans equipped with specialized cranes. Our drivers operate independently; however, assistance may be required during the delivery process, particularly for oversized items where 2 to 6 individuals might be necessary. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages to skylights during unloading, as it is the customer’s responsibility to manage this process.

If you miss the delivery appointment or are unavailable to receive the product, we will attempt to contact you via phone, text, and voicemail before our driver departs. If no communication is established, we’ll have no choice but to return the product to our warehouse. Undelivered products are subject to redelivery charges!
