Return Policy

Our return policy is effective for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return a product for a refund within this period, you may do so, provided the conditions outlined below are met. Please be aware that once 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer refunds.

VueSky (https://vuesky.co.uk) is not responsible for any labor expenses incurred due to the installation of incorrect or faulty parts.

In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please inspect the package carefully upon receipt. If the contents appear to be damaged, kindly refuse delivery. We will make every effort to expedite the shipment of your replacement order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned products are typically processed within ten business days.

Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.

Prior to completing your purchase, ensure that you have selected the correct unit size and consulted with your contractor. If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong size(s), we will need to cancel and refund your entire transaction. Return shipping costs will be deducted if your order has already been shipped. Refunds are typically processed within ten business days of receiving returned products at our warehouse.

To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product is defective
  • The product does not match its description
  • The product is unused
  • The product is undamaged

All returns will undergo inspection to verify that the above criteria have been satisfied. We reserve the right to withhold refunds if the product fails to meet these standards.

Sale and Clearance Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping Instructions:

Before returning an order, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns lacking a valid RMA will not be accepted.

If you wish to return items purchased from our online store, you may visit any of our retail locations. Our staff will assist you in processing your return or exchange.

Ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to reject refunds if the product is found to be damaged or used beyond what is necessary for inspection.

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
